Key Dates for Online Registration
The Directorate of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, has issued a circular regarding the online registration for UP NEET PG 2024 counseling:
- Registration Start Date: 23rd September 2024, from 12:00 PM
- Registration End Date: 28th September 2024, until 5:00 PM
- The registration window will remain open for 6 days.

Eligibility for Counseling
- Only candidates who have qualified the NEET PG 2024 examination are eligible to participate in the UP NEET PG counseling.
- The online portal for registration will be opened only once during this period.
- Registered candidates will be eligible for all rounds of counseling, including:
- – First round
- – Second round
- – Third round
- – Stray Vacancy round
Note: The registration portal will not reopen for each round, and no requests for registration after the deadline will be entertained.
Registration Fees and Procedure
- Registration Fee: ₹3,000 (Non-refundable)
- Candidates must visit upneet.gov.in to pay the fee and complete the registration.
Security Deposit
- For government seats (MD/MS/Diploma/DNB programs): ₹30,000
- For private seats (MD/MS programs): ₹2,00,000
- Candidates who pay ₹2,00,000 will be eligible for both government and private seats.
Candidates failing to submit the security deposit will not be allowed to participate in the counseling process.
Special Provisions for PwD Candidates
Only disability certificates issued from Government of India designated centers will be considered valid for PwD candidates.
